History

Europa Group Inc. is a fast growing and prosperous company on the International Market with its head offices located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Founded in 2000, Europa Group Inc. deals with two major activities: Real estate development and Hotel franchise. The first one carries on of the real-estate projects development and the second deals with the hotel chain development.

European integration, the growing economic potential are the main factors that persuaded EUROPA GROUP Inc to make investments in Romania, founding in this way a successful company – EUROPA GROUP one of those investors that not only have promised but from the beginning have actually invested over 130 million Euros in the real- estate projects.

EUROPA GROUP SRL started its activity in Bucharest after deep and attentive research of the Romanian market, on the one side with three residential projects and on the other side with reconditioning a historic building , turning into a four star hotel, Europa Royale Bucharest.
