A new release -Trattoria Fedelini

Bucharest, March 31, 2010 - Europa Group, one of the largest real estate investors in Romania, recently released on “food & bar” segment, opens second unit in this area – Trattoria Fedelini, located in downtown.
“In about two weeks ago we launched the Dirty Harry’s Irish Pub, which marked the entry of Europa Group company on <<food & bar> segment, which we believe have great potential in Bucharest, especially in the Old Center and its surroundings. Europa Group is expanding in this segment, this time with a different specific unit a Trattoria developed under its own brand - <<Fedelini>>”, said Daniel Ticu Director of “Food&Beverage” Europa Group Division.

Trattoria Fedelini is located on Academiei Street, is strategically positioned near the Old Center of Bucharest and, respectively, one of the main avenues – Regina Elisabeta, close to Piata Universitatii. Trattoria Fedelini has an area of approx. 300 square meters and is developed on three levels - basement, ground and mezzanine level, with approx. 150 seats.

Trattoria Fedelini will be distinguished primarily by fast services, because “people who come for lunch provide an extremely limited time – launch break”. “We promise to have only staff that looks to consumers - literally and figuratively, not ones who look <<on the floor>> to not be <<disturbed>> by customers who want to order or to pay bills … We will have a standard time for serving, release of the bill etc., and staff will have to fit into these rules. Prices will be, generally, average, but serving will rise to six-star standards”, said Daniel Ticu.
